a price. These people must have a tape measure built into their shoe and a
calculator brain !

The guy who can do the job straight away, in some circumstances this may
be fine, but in the middle of the busy season !

People who can only be contacted by mobile phone or want cash up front
even before any materials have been delivered on site.
